So as of now, creating this blog is yet another sign of nesting! Thus far Mom has been chronicling the third trimester of Owen's life in her own mother's journal, but figured she would save some soundbites for here. Nine more days until the due date, though the doctor tells Mom and Dadthat it could be "any day now." Today Mom and Dad hung draperies in the nursery -- they were finally delivered yesterday -- Classic Pooh is the nursery theme. Mom is trying to figure which Classic Pooh character Owen will most personify: Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet or Tigger. It shifts from day to day -- when he has the hiccups, it's Tigger time - lots of bouncing. But today was an Eeyore day for Owen and a Pooh day for Mom. Owen milled around a bit and Mom tried to take things as they came. Dad was Tigger for the day. He cleaned the whole house, then cooked dinner while Mom took a nap.
