Just home from the hospital today after a short stay in the hospital. Nicholas arrived at 8:20pm on Friday 10/19. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 1 ounce. At 20 inches, he is no shrimp either! We were concerned about having another big baby and asked Dr. B to advise an induction, which he did. Unfortunately, it took most of the day Friday to get a room at Valley Hospital, which was packed! We arrived at the hospital at 2:30, met our nurse at 4, started the induction process at 5:30 and welcomed Nicholas Craig about three hours later (a far cry from our 12 hour labor with his older brother Owen!). Off to get some rest now, but more news on the little pumpkin soon...
