What a difference a year makes. Owen is a year older, but it looks like Santa is the same fella...seriously. We were expecting squeals and screeches upon seeing St. Nick at the Nanuet Mall, but no dice. Strolling on up casually to chat, Owen seemed more interested in the camera crew than he did in Santa himself. Santa let Owen know that he is a close personal friend to Elmo, Ernie, Diego, Piggly and all the other celebrities in his life. (It appears that Santa knows more people than some organized crime bosses.) Still, Owen appeared unfazed by such an impressive resume. His favorite part of the experience was riding the glass elevator and shouting from his stroller to passersby for the sheer joy of hearing his own echo. Who knows, maybe he was just in such shock that it hasn't hit him yet. Maybe Christmas morning will be the clincher...
